The student residence market stands at record figures in Spain

Student residences in Spain are consolidated at the end of the 1st semester 2022, as one of the main investment alternatives for institutional clients in the real estate sector. Its record investment volume reaches 1,246m, tripling the investment volume in the same period of 2021. The same happens internationally, where the investment record in 2021 (21,500m) is estimated to be broken in 2022. Its flow of stable income makes it one of the main alternatives in the living sector.
